Product Description The exciting question and answer "quiz show" classroom tool for practicing math, spelling, science anything! 6 colorful answer buttons light up, flash, beep, buzz and talk! In Jeopardy Mode, each of the lights connects to an answer button held by a student. The fastest "squeeze" lights up the corresponding "egg" light. In Wheel of Fortune Mode, the teacher squeezes the control button, setting Eggspert's lights into motion, slowing until only one egg remains lit. The student or team assigned that color answers a question or completes an activity. Each cord measures 4'L.

Great for the classroom May 7, 2010 Amber (California) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I created a jeopardy like game in powerpoint and used the Eggspert to answer. My students had a blast and can't wait to play again!! Before we started I asked non-schhol questions (What is you favorite color?) so they all knew how it felt to use the buzzer.
Great for Homeschoolers April 6, 2010 Lovebooks (Tokyo, Japan) My children first used this in their Latin class and told me how much fun it was. I purchased it for use in our homeschool and it has been fantastic! The kids love the game show aspect of this and no matter the subject they always ask "can we use the Eggspert". It really makes learning like a game and I think it motivates them to do better because they never know when the information might come up in a game of Eggspert. We've even used it to play family games.
Great idea but... January 29, 2010 Tomato Sensei 10 out of 11 found this review helpful
If you teach high school with 30+ students in your class, don't bother buying this. The company shortened the buzzer cords from 10 feet to 4 feet, and it's impossible to get teams to crowd around the main control panel within a 4-foot radius. I wrote to customer service, and they were not helpful. I had to buy my own extensions off of another Web site which cost me an additional [...]. The students do enjoy playing Jeopardy-style review games with it. I also bought the wireless version of Eggspert first which did not work well at all, so I returned it and got this wired version. Just be forewarned that it comes with very short cables. Had I known this I probably would not have bought it.
Perfect for the classroom! January 24, 2010 M K (North Carolina) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this for my 4th grade classroom and it's amazing! I use it for review games and the students love it!
